We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about Clients to our employees and those employees of our affiliates who need to know such information in order to provide products or services to our Clients. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place to guard all nonpublic personal information we maintain regarding our Clients.

We treat Personal Information about former customers in accordance with the policies described in this Privacy Policy regarding current customers.

Our Website may contain links to other sites on the World Wide Web. Protection of your privacy from that point forward will be governed by the privacy policy of that site, and we cannot be held responsible for the privacy practices used by the other web sites. We  reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time and in its sole discretion. If this Privacy Policy changes, the revised policy will be posted at the "Privacy Policy" link on our Website's home page, and all Clients will be notified in writing. In addition, our Website will post the date of the latest material changes to this Privacy Policy on the homepage. If the date displayed is later in time than your last visit, you must re-read this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this Website after the date of the last revision indicates your acceptance of the changes.
