We disclose Personal Information to affiliated and nonaffiliated third parties as necessary to process or service requested and/or authorized transactions for insurance, obtain insurance coverage, to report or process claims, and/or to perform services on our behalf in connection with the transaction for which the information was provided. In addition, we may disclose Personal Information as otherwise permitted or required by law, including in connection with any sale of all or a part of our business or company, or pursuant to a subpoena or other request by government officials. This notice does not affect any rights an individual Client may have under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information, including financial information, to any third parties, except as stated in this policy, as otherwise required by law, or as otherwise may be authorized by you from time to time.
Information Confidentiality and Security Practices
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about Clients to our employees and those employees of our affiliates who need to know such information in order to provide products or services to our Clients. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place to guard all nonpublic personal information we maintain regarding our Clients.
